Vocal Perfect never collects or sends the audio you process. Audio files, presets and projects stay on your computer.
Vocal Perfect is sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, collects taxes and manages license keys and activations. For these activities the reseller is an independent data controller under its own privacy policy: www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Only providers that help us run the service: the reseller (see above), our website hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) and our e-mail provider Register S.p.A. (Register.it, Italy). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Some providers (for example the reseller) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EU. In that case the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Purchase and license data: for as long as your license is active and afterwards for the period required by tax law (up to 10 years). Support e-mails: up to 24 months after the last contact. Server logs: kept by Netlify for a limited period under its own policy (www.netlify.com/privacy).
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to support@overthemix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Vocal Perfect non raccoglie né invia mai l'audio che elabori. File audio, preset e progetti restano sul tuo computer.
Vocal Perfect è venduto da Lemon Squeezy, che agisce come venditore (merchant of record): gestisce il pagamento, emette la fattura, versa le imposte e gestisce codici di licenza e attivazioni. Per queste attività il rivenditore è titolare autonomo del trattamento secondo la propria informativa: www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Solo ai fornitori che ci aiutano a erogare il servizio: il rivenditore (vedi sopra), il fornitore di hosting del sito Netlify, Inc. (USA) e il fornitore di posta elettronica Register S.p.A. (Register.it, Italia). Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per profilazione pubblicitaria.
Alcuni fornitori (ad esempio il rivenditore) possono trattare i dati negli Stati Uniti o in altri Paesi extra UE. In tal caso il trasferimento è tutelato da una decisione di adeguatezza (come l'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) o dalle Clausole Contrattuali Standard della Commissione europea.
Dati di acquisto e di licenza: finché la licenza è attiva e poi per il periodo previsto dalla normativa fiscale (fino a 10 anni). E-mail di assistenza: fino a 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto. Log del server: conservati da Netlify per un periodo limitato secondo la sua informativa (www.netlify.com/privacy).
Puoi chiederci accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione od opposizione al trattamento e la portabilità dei tuoi dati scrivendo a support@overthemix.com. Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
